My champion in heaven

As i sit here and watch. . The clock tick an tock all I can wonder is " what do I do " I just dont have the strength to say " BYE " to you. I have never known loss, as painfull as this. . How is it possible for this pain to exist? You have protected us from demons not always shown. . Your warm embrace. . It's all we've known. Will it ever get easier? Or will we live in despair. How do we go on without you here. The only one. . You. . were faithfull till the end, still this hole in my heart I fear will NEVER mend. But I promise we'll try to see through the tears an simply remember all our years spent. . Of the love, an laughter the places we went. I promise to remember every moment we have spent. And I'll save every blanket that carries your scent. I'll treasure your trophies. . You so graciously won. I'll treasure the fields. . Where you loved to run. And in the front yard, you would lay. . Just basking in the sun. Now these are just memories, no longer could you stay. Now its in the heavens you shall lay.
