1. After we receive your order via our online store, we’ll mail you an Order Packet containing:

• 1 sterile vial for the cremains, pre-labeled with your unique identifier information

• 1 security label to seal the top of the vial

• 1 sterile scoop for handling cremains

• Return padded envelope

• 1 pre-paid, pre-addressed delivery-confirmation label affixed to the return padded envelope.

2. Follow the simple instructions in the Order Packet, then return your Order Packet using the pre-paid, pre-addressed return padded envelope in the Order Packet.

3. Once we’ve received your Order Packet, we will proceed with the creation of your lampworked Glass Memorial Keepsake. Your order is kept separate from all others at all times with every precaution taken to ensure its purity and non-contamination.

4. Within 6 weeks of your initial order, you will receive your Glass Memorial Keepsake by USPS Priority Mail. Any unused cremains will be returned to you along with your order, in its original vial and affixed with a new security label.
